Begin Your Engagement

Collaborate on Requirements
Work with Intone to define your project’s scope, including objectives, roles, deliverables, schedules, compliance needs, and budget.
Draft the Statement of Work (SOW)
Use the official DIR SOW template and include all key components: scope, deliverables, service levels, schedule, and acceptance criteria.
Submit for DIR Review (State Agencies Only)
Texas state agencies, excluding higher education, must submit both draft and final SOWs to DIR for approval before procurement. Local governments, K–12, and out-of-state entities are exempt.
Finalize Pricing & Terms
Upon receiving the Statement of Work (SOW), Intone will provide a formal written response detailing the proposed approach, and will work with the customer to finalize pricing and service terms in full compliance with the DIR requirements.

Warranty and return policies do not apply to DIR Contract DIR‑6074, as this contract covers services only. No physical goods or hardware are sold under this agreement.


Intone Networks delivers IT services through DIR Contract DIR‑6074 under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program. Services offered under this contract include application development, maintenance, and support; technology upgrade, migration, and transformation; enterprise resource planning (ERP); and project and program management. This is a services-only contract—no hardware or software may be sold through it.

DIR Contract DIR‑6074 helps public organizations streamline procurement by eliminating the traditional RFP process and accelerating access to high-quality IT services. The contract is available to Texas state and local governments, public education institutions, and other eligible public entities in and outside of Texas. Resellers are not authorized under this contract.
