Agile Implementation & Delivery Framework

We support Agile delivery models by aligning project deliverables and milestones with an approved sprint schedule and governance framework. Our approach ensures transparent planning, communication, implementation, monitoring, and approval across all project phases.

Project delivery approach and framework

Our Project Delivery Framework provides required templates, instructions, and guidance to ensure major information technology projects are successfully delivered and compliant with statutory requirements. It applies to major information resources projects over $5 million, with PM Essentials templates available for smaller projects.
